Our Work and Certifications
Planting Possibilities partners with local businesses to provide supportive working and job training experiences. We provide Vocational Rehabilitation Services as well as Waiver Services related to job training, coaching, and follow-along in Lake County, Indiana.
Planting Possibilities is CARF Accredited for community employment services, job development, and community integration.

VocRehab Collaboration
Planting Possibilities has successfully placed clients and established vocational rehabilitation program relationships with local employers and service agencies including Campagna Academy in Schererville, IN; Alsip Nursery in St. John, IN; Jewel Foods in Dyer, IN; and CN Railroad.
Our Success

Employer Incentives
As an employer, you give many the opportunity to work. In addition to providing meaningful work to the special needs community while securing reliable, capable, and dependable employees, the federal government offers tax incentives to employers who hire those with certain barriers to employment.
US Labor Tax Credit Information
Employers who participate in the Voc Rehab programs and employ individuals that are IDD may qualify for tax incentives.
